I have decided to ban original character senshi, mainly because I like Sailor Moon and how it's supposed to be. I might open up to this idea later on. For now it is only the five inner sailor senshi that are up for grabs. If we ever get far enough into the Sailor Moon plot, other senshi will be made available, so don't you fret.
Feel free to make your own bad guys, though, but if too many of those start running around, I might have to ban those, too.
